As we ascend into Spirit, our emotions become less important because we no longer identify ourselves with the body and it’s sensations including our reactions and emotions.
Continued practices will ease the hold of the pain body that contains the emotions that often get triggered and rather than escape into oblivion, we will acknowledge these and work through them. Our spiritual awareness gives us the power of witnessing this and lessening the hold on us and if anything we develop an aversion to the reactions.
