Ever find yourself always losing what you have gained? Perhaps you often wonder about what you don’t have such as a loving relationship, more sex, an authentic friend, a child, a stable income, more holidays and more time. You might be a life coach or a holistic practitioner maybe already on a spiritual journey but you still want need and desire.
Become aware of any “absence vibration” you might be carrying; notice this during the day. Take a mental or written note of it. On the opposite line write that you already have this and find what in your life matches the emotion of what you want and already have.
This simple exercise will shift your vibration and give you an uplift of emotion of presence.
