To heal.

Is.

To return to the Whole.

To Heal Space therefore is to return to Whole Space. And what is Whole Space. Nothing. It is simply a void. Ground Zero. The starting point or the potential to create. The great cosmic egg.

Our life is literally all about returning to whole space whether we do this consciously or not. We are constantly at the behest of life situations and trying to figure out who we are amidst all of this. For some of us it might mean therapy. For others maybe a conscious spiritual conquest. Ultimately, any option is taking you to the same point, which is to shake off the old, to remove the clutter, to dust off the cobwebs, and make space for the fresh new you that emerges each time you understand more.

As long as we carry on shedding as we get to know more of ourselves, we create more space.

Mostly, we will live from a sense of self that is fragmented. How many of us still retain that child like awe with life; pure innocence without agenda in our communication with one another? Sadly, not much of this remains once we become “adults”. To carry this much vulnerability is simply not sustainable because we have learnt that the world is not safe for us to be so childlike – we will be judged abandoned rejected maimed and more. As a child begins to explore their sense of self and realise they are no longer an extension of their caregivers, we will often say “no”, and in doing this repeatedly in the name of discipline or streamlining behaviour, we thwart that innocence, and so the budding self starts to learn that not even mama or papa or other caregivers can really fully accept. Instead, what might happen to foster this sense of self, is to use these opportunities that we find challenging to understand our own concept of parenting and how the infant brain develops, and drop most of the paradigms. Use the trigger and most potent one at that to grow.

Now imagine apart from all the stuff that you know you might have been working on there is still more that you don’t have the awareness about. But, with a desire for a whole life, self enquiry will ease the burden, and you will get to know more of you.

As we heal the space within, eventually, the return to pure innocence, and that place that is whole, is a place of nothingness. Your space is healed. You are whole. Your are.

Your biggest challenge is that idea that I am my personality and all the aspects of myself that I know me to be. Why limit ourselves to a conceptualised sense of self? Why not embrace the possibility of being so much more that you become nothing because in reality we really amount to nothing, and it is in the nothing space that creation begins.

Co creation and manifesting starts with healing spaces. How many spaces within you are you aware of that still need healing? And what about those that we don’t even know are there and need attention? Can we really get our ego off the high horse of all so holiness to actually tread the path less known, that if I am not the ego of me, but I Am?

Blessings
