We embark on our wonderful life journey, wham realise wait a minute, there might be a soul element or maybe an energy one and hell if neither there sure is more to what my take is on life, so we either as if by coincidence meet a teacher guised as the waitress or the bar tender, or actually a “guru”, a space healer, an artist! You either consciously or unconsciously decide to go on a quest of self discovery. Either way, you were the one who sent that invitation, offers came in, and off you went.

Then one day you realise, ah this is just not fun anymore, I can do it myself, or you may suddenly suffer a disengagement disenchantment and a sort of numbness may engulf you. So, is it because you outgrew your student teacher relationship, or because the teacher was after all not needed or indeed veracious, or is it that you might just be suffering an overload of information from all directions including a sort of mental confusion coming from a resistance inside?

So many possibilities.

We live in an age of spiritual excess. Literally. Spiritual know how has now become like the new material gains we so used to be after back in the age of Pisces, now we want more and more of the manna except what is happening, is that we are at the behest of a sensory overload. Too much information! Without the appropriate tools and decompression, you will spiral into a big gloop of consciousness confused!

Suddenly, you either feel it all or you don’t. You are at the behest of your moods. What feels good as opposed to what is. Why? Because our adrenal glands and the levels of cortisol in our system are at an all time high making us chronically stressed. This clouds our judgement and now we begin to even look for spiritual epiphanies and teachers that massage our ego and make us feel good because what is lacking in us is that feel good neurotransmitter, serotonin. It’s like being depressed, it might just be the great cold depression!

For those that feel they have experienced a genuine kundalini awakening or indeed a spiritual one, the come down might create a numbness, and a sort of detached involvement in life. It’s like having solved the riddle and knowing what happens at the end of the movie taking your whole interest out of the actual plot. So what do you do? You look for that high again. You seek it in other stuff this time.

So, what has happened again, is no real shift in consciousness but again a way of coping with the discord.

Go with the flow whatever that may be for you; the ebb you see now might just be the very tunnel you have been searching for. Have the courage, meet your enemies, come out of your comfort zone, take the plunge, you might just find that little innocent vulnerable you, that has been there all the while!

Dare to meet yourself!

Blessings
