Are we uncomfortable because that is our antennae telling us something is off or is that because we are out of our depth and feel averse to challenge or that we simply don’t like change, be that something that is definitely an upgrade in how we live life? When do we know which discomfort is a signal for danger, and one a sign that we are at our comfort seams about to cross over or extend the zone to include another way?

Either way, to feel uncomfortable is a direct invitation to ascertain the cause of that discomfort. Are we in resistance if something? If so, why? What is that makes us feel so darn uncomfortable and out of our norm. The balance gets tilted – but why? And isn’t it time perhaps to create a new point of balance?

Each moment we feel challenged or out of our comfort zone, we receive blessings that seem painful bothersome and very icky but when we really embrace these and explore how they manage to trigger us, it might reveal to you a little more about yourself. What keeps us stuck in our comfort zone is the fear of the unknown; is a feeling or a belief in a displaced sense of safety that is an illusion of the mind nothing more or less.

What if we are uncomfortable because of a psychic attack? Meaning, anyone could be secretly harbouring a deep sense of envy of you, and they grit their teeth maybe not consciously wishing you ill but unconsciously. You will feel it. And that makes us uncomfortable. So what does it tell us in reality? Move out of the current zone of comfort which at present has no form boundaries in place but because we are accustomed to being like this, we suffer it out. But what if we can catch that discomfort of the psychic attack, acknowledge it, and then understand why you came to be attacked and affected by it? You can then learn what you need to about how to better protect yourself, extend your boundaries, and cultivate a deep sense of safety.

Discomfort can be caused by different events or situations. It is how we deal with this that makes the difference to either surviving or thriving. Each time we are out of our comfort zone, we get a chance to rehash it.

Become the explorer of what you don’t know about yourself, and redesign the notion of the comfort zone!

Blessings
