The blinkers work to stream line our thought processes and mindset into a particular way which might mean to exclude all others – well, it won’t might but will definitely make you see your piece of pie and consider the piece as the whole pie as opposed to a slice of the whole pie which is as much a pie and the rest of the pie. Taking a piece of pie leaves the whole bereft of a part.

You will view most happenings through the astrological lens maybe even very skeptical about your friends latest ventures depending on the planetary influences, whereas your friend looks to market trends and even artificial intelligence for forecasts. When you can both have a healthy discussion exchanging views points and being open to the shade of another’s, you get enriched; when you are totally convinced that only your lens is the way of forecast that is the canker of the soul, you are limiting your own sight on purpose.
Whilst the blinkers might give us a specialist hand in what we practice, without the humility grace and latitude of integrating other modalities, we lose any integrity of earned expertise, we become ignorant haughty stuck and stale.
As an energy worker I might take an interest in horary; I can use both as tools as opposed to get hooked onto one concept and literally look for evidence to corroborate a certain theory as opposed to let experience lead the way.
There can only ever be a wholistic way that encompasses all experience as valid instead of one that divides us all because we don’t deem someone else’s way as god enough since it doesn’t match ours.
It’s a beautiful human faculty we have at our disposal – an unfathomable ability to absorb information – and why not use that to our advantage in bringing us together as opposed to apart.
