So we finally figure out isms and prisms within and without; we even know a few potions at our hands waiting to be mixed with the paints onboard, all excited to be instrument in etching out, our hearts desire to manifest our highest potential, and then bang thud boom 🤯 it all seems a bit too airy fairy, far fetched from the here and now daily routine, especially if there’s a lot of toddler tantrums diapers to be changed work deadlines to meet targets to achieve and bills to pay. Oh and the preteens to contend with. You sigh and wonder whether it’s just a load of hocus pocus conjured by the little wizard in you.

And so what if it is? As long as we are attending to the here and now fully present and aware of the crap in us, it really is okay when what we can see tangibly doesn’t quite fit in with what we have imagined and just know to be our real reality.

But, our impatience and restlessness is telling of an almost lack of trust and that just maybe, maybe, we have got to wait till the rest of the nuts and bolts are all in place. Because nobody enjoys a half baked pie unless raw is your thing otherwise an upset stomach is nigh. Why won’t we wait? Or why do we feel we are in the waiting room?

We don’t want to wait because we fear it may not happen and we don’t trust that what will happen is in fact most cognisant with our hearts desire, although it really is just that we can only discern to the extent of our awareness.

And we wait when we start to run with the imagination or hearts desire and miss out on what is really happening because when we are fully present engaged and involved in the here and now, it brings a sense of fulfilment security and unshakeable faith.

Use the waiting room to go back to the mindset – perhaps a few tweaks are called for. Or you might meet others in the waiting room to hear your story and you theirs till the room itself disappears and you appear!
