Just how many times do we find ourselves asking this question “why me?” – it portends of an even deeper quest into really why I am the way I am, yet when we ask what we are really saying is, “why can’t I be “normal”; why can’t I have it all; why does this happen to me and not to the others; why can’t I settle for a normal relationship; why can’t I contort pretend and live shy of my true identity; and why do I have to be the one to clear the karmic debt or work out the effects of someone else’s crapping on me? And don’t even start on why me to be the garbage disposal unit for ancestral karma and heal my child self that was wounded because of someone else’s trappings not mine!?

The root of this is usually a lack of trust in divine guidance and your own self leading the way into your expanded sense of self. It’s easier for us to believe a world that is tangible. Angel readings? Reiki? Tarot? What’s all that? woo woo?! Apart from a lack of trust it points to a residual after effect of less than good enough life circumstances, that to you, meant that you are not enough worth it or even “proper”. And so the old wounded you resurfaces with that potent question, “why me?”, because it’s so god darn it soul shaking scary difficult and hard to be on the rollercoaster of conscious living constantly feeling the whole of life! The “why me” rears it’s head when we compare contrast and vie to just be “normal”.

It is normal and necessary to have these moments because they tell us we are going in the right direction and perfectly aware and able to call us on our own shit. We don’t need a therapist or anyone else to spell it out for us. We can see because we can see. And to feel and see fully is totally normal.

Not to fully feel and incorporate all parts of us is what is not normal. But the habit of living half lives has made what’s fragmented to be normal when in fact it’s a normal we have created to cope with the abnormality of not living in our whole sense of self.

So, take heed fellow brethren. When your reptile self feels agitated do what it takes to calm that part of our brain. Give it a new paradigm. Don’t indulge the old. That will only serve to validate the veracity of the old. And we don’t want that. Because you now hold the key to dispel the veil of illusion that so called karma has allegedly woven. You can now take karma by it’s reigns and realign it to work for you this time around.

Karma is in the mind. Conquer the mind and release the hold that karma has on you. Even the hold is an illusion.

We want to emerge and merge with what is rightfully us – the Universe!
