Living in a Age of Enlightenment, Self Empowerment and one that has highlighted spiritual truths as what we “SHOULD” aspire towards, we are dangerously diving deeper into an alter persona – a mask over a mask. Already masked, because we couldn’t get our fake face off, perhaps as we didn’t even know we had a false persona in action, we bought into how we “should” think and behave in accordance to a belief system that gave us what we were missing, at least so it seemed.

One tenet of these new age paradigms is to love one another and to be happy for each other’s successes. Rather than feel jealous insecure or resentful we are taught to feel happy for them. This we are told will move the focus to the “happy” feelings leaving no trace of your actual feelings of total resentment, and a feeling of “I am a failure”, or “I am not good enough” or even “can’t believe she wrote that, it was my idea,” or “whatever he will probably fall on his toes, if only I had acted on my idea”.

We have created a false system of response to situations that actually make our stomach turn with plain old JEALOUSY! But we cannot and will not admit that we are jealous. We are resentful of someone else’s idea in action, their balls to move. Underlining all of these emotions is the root – and that is, a fear of motion.

To call someone lazy because they don’t move is simply ignorant. We have in our brains neurons and neurotransmitters that create a motivation. Dopamine. Science is still trying to find out why dopamine gets so low but it does. Above the brain, is our mind, and our consciousness. Our mind can rewire our brain with the thoughts we create and that is where the law of attraction comes into play. What is vital however is emotion, repetition and attention.

When we say we are happy for someone instead of dealing with the fact that we are not, unless our “happy” is accompanied with the emotion of happy, and you continue to feel this happy, and are focused on this happy, then you can be happy for the someone. But even when you are consciously happy with emotion repetition and attention, you might find the jealous monster pop up against your best intentions.

Why?

Your timeline.

We resent others who do what we want to do but don’t have the motivation to do that or have the motivation but lack motion. Where does this lack come from?

Your timeline.

A continuous exposure to “trauma” or “anything that creates a void inside of you” depending on how developed your brain is at the time this happens, will reduce your motivation and desire to act. Even with all of your efforts your brain will keep producing scenarios that limit you instead of expand upon the new input of thoughts and affirmations that you have been feeding it. Only something as powerfully potent as the pure energy of love, or an equally traumatic and life changing experience would bring a rewiring. Otherwise it’s a gradual process that can take time and it’s toll on you.

What we can do in the meantime is to take note of your real emotions. Expand your consciousness, get to know yourself, bring your whole focus on the intricacies of you, delve deeper and see behind the different shades and hues of you. As your awareness grows, you will know what to do next.

Till then, cut the crap, stop saying you are happy when you are not. Start taking ownership of your own life, and stop comparing yourself to others or others to others. You want to live freedom? Start right now by washing your mind off your hands.

Washed dressed and ready to go!
