Seriously though just imagine walking around with no pants on haha. Most of us do though just not literally. Ermm hang on I know people who wear no pants literally. Oh dear. You know what I mean. Our pants on give most of us a sense of protection security maybe even that what’s private to us is ours. Why can’t we attract what we are? Come on, are seriously not seeing that you are today what you thought yesterday? Okay so maybe you weren’t aware of “those” thoughts? And why? Maybe because you were busy with a new way for being you so much so, that you might have forgotten or even simply not known to go back to old you to tickle it out, and then burn it to ashes? (Ermmm not literally please maybe just on paper in a safe way). I say tickle because a little laughter might make the whole exercise a little less cumbersome.
Sometimes, a new way of being such as a spiritual awakening can be so elevating that we lose a grip of what’s happening down below. Literally. You might think sex is beneath you; to be emotional is weak; to be in a relationship is dirty; to engage with anyone outside of your belief system is just a no no. What is really happening is that the awakening has either not taken place and it’s a spiritual pursuit you have undertaken to replace an unmet infantile need in you; or of indeed you are in the thick of an awakening, you are not grounded. You will have to come down either way.
As long as you are incarnate and embodied, you will have to go through the motions of getting to know parts of you in hiding or in shaming.
Why are we so so drawn to a particular way to God? Okay so say one way resonates. You get to God. And then what? God might say, “hey, I have given you life, why aren’t you enjoying this gift and exploring your potential to create?”, you might reply, “but God I have you now I want nothing else I see no point in anything at all but you”. God looks at you, smiling he says, “Get off your spiritual high and make use of this body I have given you now or your life remains one heap of waste with your sat on a mole; we have enough of them sat in Shambala holding the space!”. You look sad and dismayed; feeling rejected just like you felt when mama refused to carry you. Just when you felt safe in mamas arms she put you down. You were feeling so wanted needed and purposeful when mama shared some kitchen work with you until you had a new sister come in and also share in. You feel thwarted by God. You can’t understand why you simply cannot manifest that sweet tasty feeling you get when you feel blissed out in holy communion. Why can’t that same feeling be felt in your daily routine and life?

Well, the answer comes from watching yourself inside out. You go back to your first experience of God and that will be your mama. Heal your separation wounds and you will find what you need to do next for you to attract what you really are.
Dare to love your shame; dare to love your wounds; dare to love bodily parts that you are embarrassed of; dare to really fall in love with every part of you that says I am not good enough and that I need a huge purpose like a spiritual pursuit to make me feel worthy.
Are you ready to start attracting the you that hides behind the veil of shame?
