Have you noticed how we run after the little one each time they need to get changed? How does this make you feel? How do you hold them to dress? Or do you? Do you get irritated? How are you keeping it together? Or do you turn it into a game?
Guess what? Even how you handle bubba now is down to how you were handled and what was modelled for you. Your guide is constantly your higher consciousness or shall we say a voice in you that will not relate well to what comes to you automatically. You might say it’s what is natural yet there is a difference between what is automatic and what is natural. When we are in tune with our nature, our core, who we are, and sense of self as opposed to someone else’s story of who we are who we should be, including our own story of us, then what comes is natural. Otherwise it’s all automatic ingrained and conditioned reacting to your little bubba which is mirrored in how you interact with life.
The way you respond to the little bubba is your answer to how you can return to innocence. After all aren’t we all searching of ways to get our original innocent wonder filled version of self back? So what happened? If we were born so perfect so to speak and as babies really came with that package of wholeness then how did we lose that joy and start labelling any spontaneity with oh gosh how childish. Or, don’t be a child, grow up. What’s that? Grown up? Do we really grow or is our growth stunted?
And let’s not forget the holy grail – we can share smiles and superficial conversations but please no dead serious emotional stuff – that’s again too much information. Nobody wants to share anymore. We are all guarded. How did that happen to this little bundle of feelings?
Our bodies mature, but mind and emotional brain self stays stunted despite the facade we try to maintain.
What mask will it be today?
