Ah we all have our creature comforts, things we couldn’t possibly imagine life without, but the comfort zone we have in how far we can allow ourselves the liberty to think a different way, be out of norm, or even move to an unexplored part within us we never knew existed! It can be anything really.

Almost any change will create a stress response – well it kind of has to, a little like stretching a rubber band. Imagine that stress is not what’s positive or negative but simply a force preceding change. It is negative if it creates chaos in us, outside of us, or doesn’t allow the change to take place. This is not a reflection of that change itself.

Okay, so, imagine you have this larger than life desire to live freely totally unbound and want to soar to the greatest heights of heights. Except, you have certain caveats such as where you want to do this and how. These perhaps are limiting you and create a form of stress that now creates a mindset and even affirms that “oh well, I can’t have everything” or “forget it I won’t get it”. But, what you can’t see is that there is something even better and bolder that is aligned to that sense of freedom you crave. The customisation shall we say of that is what is standing in the way.

Our brain needs time to readjust and the good news is that it can.

The question is are you willing to step out of your comfort zone?

Blessings
