I always wonder how people move from one life situation to another so robotically. For example, you go on holiday, you come back, and straight to work. What happens? You start to build up fatigue which you will feel some time later because that will create a more sensitive stress response making you more grumpier and less neutral. It’s like a never ending spiral.

Why don’t we give ourselves enough time to assimilate our experiences? Even the most minute. What are our feelings? How does our mood change? Do you notice even the most subtle nuances so that you know what you were actually triggered by as opposed to a present situation that you might have handled disproportionately?

As long as our lives are as fast as they are, we age quicker, our brain becomes overworked, life is just one stop to the next. Before you know it, game over. Your consciousness would have evolved ever so  slightly causing the cycle to repeat.

What is the rush?

Are we not as important as the “doing” that fills us to the brim.

So little time is being invested in self enquiry, let alone just the Self. When we silence ourselves we give us the time we need to become aware alert and ready to live more consciously.

We live life on purpose.

How are you living? On purpose, or is life something that happens and you ride the tide?

You can, and you will, co create your own life situations either way. The difference lies in the “knowingness” that you have brought life situations to yourself, when you silence you. In the silence you will find the key to undo some of the patterns. There is NO magic wand or panacea.

Expect it to hurt because healing our pain body is a Herculean task. One that will change our stress response and elevate our consciousness.

What are you scared of?

Blessings
