Or rather what’s the most appropriate medium or tool that says this is who I am right now and how I choose to express myself and which will unfold more of me.
We are mostly conditioned to believe that purpose is synonymous with what we do for a living. That work is necessary and integral to living life. We must have an education if a certain calibre to make it through to a career we will almost certainly be brainwashed into believing it is the one that is best suited to our aptitude and one in keeping with the family honor.
Is it?
To have a purpose is in itself a fallacy, for other than realising and actualising the Self, meaning getting to know your own self through and through, which will then reflect back in the mirror of life, is really the only purpose if at all. What we call purpose is simply a tool. It’s like a clock that tells you the present time and gives you the doorway to change the time. Like a time machine. It shows you your present and possibility of a future through your past if at all needed to bombard any illusions.
The world of us as we see it is really just an illusion. Not as in a mirage but reflection.
Get to know yourself inside out and your tool will show up when it’s time. Don’t go chasing after a reflection; instead change the object it is reflecting.
