Many of us in the present epoch of time are in the thick of their spiritual awakening. It doesn’t matter how this came about but life as they know never remains the same. There’s no more running in circles of you anymore except there is.

You realise there is spirit and a bigger picture; what you can’t fathom is how to be part of that picture with all of you embodied. You say you know the spirit world but don’t know how to be that in the material world. You would rather remain in your own shell than dare to venture because you simply cannot fit. You either feel like a misfit or others are misfits to you. Either way it’s a nowhere situation there is no anchoring.

We are here right now in that body. But what your mind thinks your spirit wants you don’t know how to embody. Why? Someone else might be fully engaged in body and aware of the petty ramblings of the mind but don’t know how to access spirit. Why? Either way, it is the awareness of all of us that will bring a wholeness and a fullness to our lives.

For those of us who have experienced a spiritual awakening, we might feel that the world right now as it stands just won’t do it for you. Yet you feel very spiritually connected. That sounds like a misnomer. It cannot be right to feel spirit yet not embody it and materialise that which you know. Surely something else needs to be switched on maybe?

This particular life and body that your new awareness in housed in, will have a narrative of its own. It is in the knowing of that story of you and whatever comes through that in which you will find the unravelling and unveiling of the you on hiding that needs to participate in bringing your body in alignment with the spirit self that you have awoken to.

Simply put, go back to when you were conceived right to where you are now. Write whatever comes to you automatically. Or talk to yourself. What is your real story without it being told by another. The story of you told by you and seen by you is what you need to incorporate into who you are. This body will have its own challenges and traumas or even just memories that might need to be tweaked to make them your own versions as opposed to someone else’s; the traumas may need healing and acknowledging; these might help explain a particular trait you have adopted that might be thwarting your spirits expression. You can only find out if you dare to expose yourself to you. You don’t need to share your secret. It’s yours. Just don’t let the mind limit the coming out of the real you.

Healing our inner child and acknowledging our inner demons is a harrowing process and inevitable. Spiritual awakening is not an end in itself. It is just the beginning to realise your Self. That realisation will have to happen through the concepts accumulated in this particular body. Can you identify any of these?

What are the conceptions of who our child is to us that we share with them daily? How are we painting their canvas for them? Are we handing them the brush or do we show them a canvas already painted on as a reflection of who they are?

We act as mirrors to our children. Is the mirror full of mist dust and dirt? Is it Crystal clear enough for the child to really see his reflection?

What about the mirroring done for you? Are you still carrying yourself as the reflection you were in your parents version of you or of others or have you let that go? Your awareness of the mirror will share a lot of secrets including the one that will show you the blocks you feel hinder you from fully being you in your material world.

Wake up to your spirit you will, wake up to your body you will, for the drive in you to be whole again will gnaw at your will to live and love!
